Services

Cherry Love offers consulting, training, and custom tasting experience design for coffee professionals. The specific scope and timeline of each project will be agreed upon before work begins.

Booking and Communication

Discovery calls and projects are scheduled in advance. Please communicate clearly and in a timely manner if anything needs to be rescheduled. I do my best to respond to inquiries within 1–3 business days.

Payments

Payments are due as agreed in your project proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in paused work or late fees.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session or project, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds for consulting services are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on how much work has already been completed.

Intellectual Property

All materials created by Cherry Love, including guides, visuals, and tasting tools, are protected by copyright. You are welcome to use them within your team or business, but they may not be resold, copied, or shared outside your organization without permission.

Limit of Liability

While I do my best to provide helpful, high-quality support, I cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Cherry Love is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of my services or materials.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled through the appropriate legal channels in this country.
